4th Quarter Fitness was created by Mike Coleman, a former NFL athlete and six-time collegiate All-American across both track and football. Driven by a passion for fitness and resilience, Mike’s 4th Quarter Method combines High-Intensity Workouts and weight training organized into four progressive phases. Tailored to challenge and elevate each client’s skill set, this method delivers practical, proven results that carry over to your daily life.

With his own gym as a training base, Mike actively engages in events like 5Ks, Savage Races, Spartan Races, and 10Ks, embodying his belief in the power of finding challenges to stay motivated and disciplined. He encourages his clients to embrace the mentality of constant improvement, preparing them to handle life’s ups and downs with resilience.
