Whew, it's been eight months and I'm still here. I can truly say this experience has been one of my best investments. Mike is knowledgeable, encouraging, firm yet understanding. Most importantly he puts up with my whining and still manages to push me pass my limits. Although I'm not where I want to be I am no where near where I started both mentally and physically. Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last 7 months. Looking back to January, just the thought of getting in shape and getting healthier scared me. I was told by many to accept the changes my body was going through and adjust to it. Then I started training with Mike and things got better, my clothes started to fit better, people noticed I was looking healthier and making better choices as it relates to my health and well-being. During the cold winter mornings there were times I thought it was too hard, and I wanted to give up; however, all the hard work Mike had put in with me kept me motivated to keep going. Today, I have exceeded my initial fitness goals and set new goals. Although it may not have seemed like it while I was training, I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Mike was so easy to get along with. He was very helpful, extremely accommodating and let's not forget encouraging and motivating, but the best part of all is that he genuinely cares about his clients! I really can't thank Mike enough!

I'm still here
I've been at this change of lifestyle for 7 months now. It's been a journey but I've showed up consistently for myself. I thought I was signing up to lose weight but I've gained so much more, better mental clarity, muscle strength, confidence and my body is changing for the better. Is it tough? Absolutely but I couldn't get these results being mediocre.
Best personal trainer I’ve ever had
The workouts our challenging but SO worth it. Michael pushes me to my limits while encouraging me throughout the session. I’ve never had a trainer who actually does the workouts WITH me. It’s a love/hate thing but I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. His energy is contagious
